Directions to the office:

We are located approximately 2.5 miles east of Interstate 75 on State Route 60 (Brandon Blvd-East of Parsons Ave.). Oakwood Avenue is located across from the Nativity Catholic Church and School, just east of Kingsway Avenue North and State Route 60. Look for the Racetrac gasoline station across from Nativity, and our office is behind and slightly northeast of the Racetrac complex on the North side of SR 60. We are about 70 yards north of  SR 60, not directly on the SR 60 highway. There are four medical buildings currently behind the Racetrac complex. Our office is the furthest northeast building in the complex..  Dr. Scalaro/Shah, Value Rx Pharmacy, and Dr. Vasiloudes (Academic Alliance in Dermatology) are in our adjacent buildings.

We encourage you to use Google Maps or Map Quest search engines for more specific directions to our address.

 Our office is just east of Parsons Ave., Kingsway Ave./Bryant Rd. intersections.  We are west of the Goodwill/Walmart/Home Depot complexes.

Notice the looped roads to the North of our office are not directly connected to our office complex.  The Google point “A” is not really 123 North Oakwood, but that is where your GPS in your car may take you to.  Our building (shaded yellow) is building 123, hence it is the “123 North Oakwood” address.

There is a center turning lane to turn left (North) into our office complex via North Oakwood Avenue if you are heading East on SR 60.  If you are heading West on SR 60, you can turn right (North) either into the Racetrac facility or just past the Racetrac onto North Oakwood Avenue.  Our office facility is shaded yellow and is easily accessible to the NorthEast of Racetrac.

By following the “red line” overlays, the entance points are clearly labeled on the map. The “X” is our office suite.  Note the “connecting roadway” behind (to the North of)  Racetrac that facilitates entrance to our facility once you are actually off of SR 60 from North Oakwood Avenue. When exiting our office complex you can turn right from the Racetrac or from Oakwood Avenue to head West on SR 60.  If you want to exit our facility to go East on SR 60, an easy way to do this is to drive through the “connecting roadway” behind Racetrac, turn right (North) on North Oakwood Ave., then left (West) on Morgan Street, then left (South) on Ridgewood Avenue past the firestation to the redlight. Turn left (East) on SR 60 towards Valrico and points East.

Morgan Street (very little traffic) also continues West to  N. Kingsway Avenue., N. Parsons Avenue and N. Moon Avenue for other connecting points to North Brandon and the Seffner areas.

Oakwood Commons Office Complex

The grassy area to the left (West) of the office buildings is a retention pond for storm water runoff.  The other grassy area just South of the office buildings and to the right (East) of the Racetrac is currently under construction to be a car wash and service area.  Our office suite is the one with the Photoshop’d yellow roof.

Parking area around Building 123 You can park anywhere you like, but keep the marked handicapped areas open, and the rear sidewalk area/parking spot of our building free for 911 emergency access. Of the two front door entrances on the South side of the building, the left door is the general main door to the reception/front desk area.  The right front door is used as both an emergency entrance/exit, but also for a private exit for sedation/anesthesia patients to get them to their car via wheelchair access, if needed.  If you are driving a patient to our office for treatment under sedation/anesthesia, the front area (South side) of the building is best.

This map section can be printed out for your reference, but WordPress will resize the images to a smartphone, especially in the sideways or “landscape” position of the phone.  Simply leave the “Maps” section of the website open on your smartphone, and flick through the Google Maps/Photos to find your way.
